Who We Are
Templeton is a woman owned small business that provides professional, scientific, and technical services for government, industry, and institutions of higher education. The company is also a small business defense prime contractor. Templeton is an S-Corporation that was founded in 2001. Our URL is https://tcgus.com.
Templeton made history when the company was invited to participate in a prestigious defense industry to deliver services to the U.S. Department of the Navy. This milestone marked the beginning of countless successful collaborations with other defense sectors.
Templeton also made history when the company was invited to transport 250 Million doses of the Covid-19 Vaccine from Asia to the United States. This monumental inclusion of a woman owned business highlighted the capacity of the company. This achievement also demonstrated the significant impact of diversity in the logistics industry.
Evidence-based Project Success
Templeton' s evidence-based experience is demonstrated through delivery of quality of products and services and partnership with customers provided in the ensuing chronology.
1) Eight (8) federal government agencies, including the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Secret Service (USSS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Department of the Interior/U.S. Geological Survey (DI/USGS), and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
2) Four (4) institutions of higher education, including Purdue University, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, University of Florida and Bowdoin College.
3) Two (2) pharmaceutical companies, including Celgene pharmaceutical (Bristol Myers Squibb) and Johnson & Johnson.
4) Three (3) multinational corporations, including SpaceX, which successfully launched the Dragon Spacecraft in 2012 to carry cargo to the International Space Station; launched the Starlink Space Mission in 2020; and space launches 2021-2024. SpaceX is owned by Elon Musk, who has been a prominent figure in advancing private space exploration and technology innovation.
5) Templeton has provided professional services for almost ten (10) Department of Energy National Nuclear Security Administration laboratories, and Office of Science laboratories.
6) Templeton was awarded a small business prime Defense-Navy Seaport-e contract under an IDIQ-MAC program to compete for engineering, programmatic and other defense projects. The total value of the acquisition was $3.9 billion.
Leadership, Personnel and Partnerships
Templeton’s President & CEO previously held a secret security clearance and was a member of the Federal Senior Executive Service (SES). Templeton maintains a reservoir of personnel, and consultants with Secret and TS/SCI clearances. Templeton has the capacity to provide a facility clearance as required. Templeton’s previous Seaport-e teaming partner was Georgia Tech Applied Research Corporation (“GTARC") and other entities.
